Sore Muscles bath tea
Comfrey, Thyme, Lavender, Arnica, Peppermint, and Love
Steep ½-1 cup of tea in 5 cups of water for 15-20 minutes. Add the steeped tea and bag of herbs to bath for easy clean up. Adding Epsom salt will aid in relief as well. Enjoy!
